This Domain Registration Agreement (“Agreement”) sets forth the terms and conditions under which Dreams4u LTD, trading as Dreamhosted, provides domain name registration and related services.
By registering, renewing, or transferring a domain through Dreamhosted, you agree to this Agreement as well as applicable ICANN policies and registry-specific terms.
1. Domain Registration Services
1.1 Dreamhosted acts as a reseller of ICANN-accredited registrars.
1.2 Domain registration is subject to availability and confirmation by the relevant registry.
1.3 You must provide accurate and complete registration information for WHOIS records, including name, address, phone number, and email.
2. Domain Renewals
2.1 Domains are registered for fixed terms (usually 1–10 years).
2.2 It is your responsibility to ensure that domains are renewed before expiration.
2.3 Dreamhosted is not responsible for expired domains due to missed payments or incorrect contact information.
2.4 Expired domains may enter a grace period or redemption period; additional fees may apply.
3. Domain Transfers
3.1 Domains may be transferred in or out, subject to ICANN transfer policies.
3.2 Transfers require valid authorization codes (EPP/Auth Code).
3.3 Domains registered within the past 60 days may not be transferred.
4. Accuracy of Information
4.1 You must keep your registration data accurate and up to date.
4.2 Failure to provide accurate information may result in suspension or cancellation of the domain.
4.3 You authorize Dreamhosted to disclose registration information to ICANN, registries, and law enforcement if required.
5. Refunds
5.1 Domain registration and renewal fees are non-refundable once processed.
5.2 Refunds are not available for domains lost due to non-renewal, incorrect contact details, or disputes.
6. Dispute Resolution
6.1 Domain disputes will be handled under ICANN’s Uniform Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy (UDRP).
6.2 Dreamhosted is not responsible for domain disputes between third parties.
7. Suspension or Cancellation
7.1 Dreamhosted reserves the right to suspend or cancel a domain if:

It is used for illegal activity.

False WHOIS data is provided.

It violates ICANN or registry rules.
8. Limitation of Liability
Dreamhosted and Dreams4u LTD are not liable for:

Loss of domains due to expiration, transfer failures, or registrar issues.

Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Service interruptions caused by registries or ICANN.
9. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved in UK courts.
